Duties: 

As the Lead Master Technician, you will step into the role of the Owner's technical responsibilities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose, fix, and repair vehicles right the first time, and in a timely manner
• Lead the repair team & manage vehicle workflow
• Ensure each vehicle is thoroughly inspected
• Ensure all vehicles are serviced to our high-quality standards
• Maintain clean equipment, a clean workspace, and a clean shop
• Assist other technicians as needed
• Continuously improve your skills, advance your training and stay current with new automotive technology

Pay: 

• $ 55,000.00 - $ 63,000.00 + Bonus (dependent on skill and experience)
